People,
I am aware that there were already posts and suggestions regarding this topic, but
I absolutely have to share this with you and help others with nagging cold and flu. Last week after using a box of Med Lemon, ten Sinutabs and ten Disprins with no result I came across a guy in gym that gave me a name of the "UNBELIEVABLE" medication that I bought at Dischem yesterday morning. After taking it three times, six hours apart, VOILA !!, no cold, no flu! It is six plastic vials containing homeophatic granules and called "Oscillococcinum" The cost is R89.00 and worth every cent.
Try it, like me you won't believe this fast acting medication.

Regards and enjoy your health.

Picked this up from wikipedia...
"There is little to no scientific evidence that Oscillococcinum has any effect beyond placebo. After diluting the original mixture 200 times there is an overwhelming probability that not a single molecule of its active ingredient will be present in a dose of the final product.[13] In terms of chemistry, such a dilution is identical to water and therefore there is no known mechanism for a medicinal effect.[14][8] Homeopathy as a whole is considered pseudoscience.[15]"

A few more facts
www.homeowatch.org/history/oscillo.html

Since 1925, Oscillococcinum has been prepared as follows. Into a one litre bottle, a mixture of pancreatic juice and glucose is poured. Next a Canard de Barbarie (muscovy duck) is decapitated and 35 grams of its liver and 15 grams of its heart are put into the bottle. Why liver? Doctor Roy writes: "The Ancients considered the liver as the seat of suffering, even more important than the heart, which is a very profound insight, because it is on the level of the liver that the pathological modifications of the blood happen, and also there the quality of the energy of our heart muscle changes in a durable manner." Maybe the French tendency to call any form of not well-being a "crise de foie" ("bilious attack") had also something to do with it. After 40 days in the sterile bottle, liver and heart autolyse (disintegrate or rot) into a kind of goo, which is then "potentized" with the Korsakov method.

The spartans used to eat goats testicles(i think) which increased their natural testosterone hence their famous warrior figures...

So now lets see .............
Judging from your Med Lemon/Sinutab/Disprin consumption you had been sick for at least 2 days. A day after went to gym you bought the "cure' and 18 hours later you felt fine.
Thats about 4 days in my book - how long do your colds normally last ?

You just got ripped R90 for some dilute pig vomit and rotten duck juice on sugar balls - makes goat balls look like a good deal.

@ Michael, I think you've got Test Flu. It's common. I used Cataflam D or S or something like that to work through the aches and pains.

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.
