You can get various blood pressure tablets off the shelves at a pharmacy, no prescription required

You should make sure that you check your blood pressure at different times of the day, your blood pressure is never constant (blood pressure is usually at it's peak early in the mornings due to the secretion of cortisol). If it remains @ 150/90 you would fall into the group of mild hypertention. You could attempt to make certain dietary changes that could possibly stabelize your blood pressure, such as salt restriction or making use of a salt substitute (potassium chloride) if you can't live without the taste of salt :)

You would also benefit from having your blood tests done, most importantly a u+e (urea and creatinine, monitors renal function). When renal function is impaired due to damage sustained, from whatever you have been taking, one may commonly have an elevated blood pressure. This will most likely return to normal.

If BP persists you can consider starting on an antihypertensive drug.

Howizt I suffer from hypertension too, but mine was from years of steroid abuse and the toxins causing my kidneys to work overtime and with this it has caused my BP to be elevated.

There are many ways to lower blood pressure, currently I am using amloc 10mg and coaproval 300mg even with these doses I could not get my BP lower than around 140 even those my lower reading is quite low 50/70 at most times, over 130 is pre-hypertension.

I have started taking a chinese BP tea, I must get the names of the herbs inside it this has helped me to lower it into the 120's, with this my kidneys are starting to heal themself, the protein leak I have has gotten smaller so i'm only leaking a small amount of protein but still microscopic blood in the urine.

other things to lower blood pressure, stress is a big one that pushes your top reading up, hGH helps lower BP by up to 10 points. There is also tests done with using Potassium as to much sodium can cause it elevate, so I supplement postasium, aswell as magnesium and calcium. Garlic (a clove a day) has been known to lower your BP too, I take galic capsuals 3 a day, i'm trying to work myself off the BP medication as its not good for you in the slightest, if you have a chance get a book, by ? Patrick Holford? Can't think of the spelling and its called, Why food is better than drugs, and what all the negative side affects are of BP tablets, and all drugs for that matter and how you can use different foods to give you better results without the negative sides of drugs.. Remeber the way these guys make their money is by marketing a product that never heals the problem but just masks it, so what that means is you land up taking these things for the rest of your life.. Out of the 800+ different drugs released last year, only 5 of these where antibiotics, why?> because antibiotics WORK... meaning, you take a course of them and you better, so its not a money making biz...

trust me when I say, I have done endless research on this and I would really and trully try to lower it natrually, go to a natrual health doctor and working with him and by altering small things in your diet, maybe even going for allergy testing? to see what foods you might be allergic to, and draw up a allergy free diet you will notice huge improvments in all parts of your health..

any extra info you require just let me know, i'll get the names of the herbs in this tea...

The tea itself is called SACM and i think their website is www.worldtcm.com

Hope this helps
/Phil

All your tests do cause high blood pressure, tren is a huge no go, specially if you suffering from high BP you straining your kidneys and your heart, after time you will have your left side of your heart getting enlarged due to how hard your heart has to pump and i'm telling you now if your BP is constantly high, you are going to develop a protein leak and probably blood too.

Safe things to use is EQ, also things that do not impact DHT, even if they are a DHT derivative. so, masteron, primabolin, winstrol, if you want to use nadrolone then anadur, deca (make sure doses are lower than 600mg a week) dynabolin (not dinabol) and laurabolin... finajet / finaplix, etc all common to raise bp and DAMAGE your kidneys, metribolone you can get away with aswell as parabolin.

hope this helps

PS why is EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED not replying to my mail phillip@ipte*.... ?
