Police officers working with the DARE program have issued this Warning:
If you are driving after dark and see and on-coming car with no headlights on,
DO NOT FLASH YOUR LIGHTS AT THEM!
This is a common Bloods member "initiation game" that goes like this:
The new gang member under initiation drives along with no headlights, and the first
car to flash their headlights at him is now his "target.” He is now required to turn
around and chase that car, then shoot and kill every individual in the vehicle in order
to complete his initiation requirements. Police Depts. across the nation are being
warned. Their intent is to have all the “new bloods nationwide drive around on
Friday and Saturday nights with their headlights off.
In order to be accepted into the gang, they have to shoot and kill all individuals in the
first auto that does a courtesy flash to warn them that their lights are
Off.

Sounds like a USA thing - in SA it would be a taxi and you would only be to glad that it's got ANY lights on! And you would not flash 1 anyway so the gang would have died out by now!

thats very old... I got that a few years back, and then again a few months ago.

guys its not a hoaks, a friend of mine lives in florida road in the durban area, he was walking to the shops and he heard the screeching of breaks and 3 people got out the one car and attacked some guy in another car in the road with a brick because these guys where driving down the opposite side of the road and he shouted at them to switch on their lights and these guys got out and started attacking him with a brick and also gave his chick a bit of a ruff up,my mate ended up running up the road and tackled the one guy and the car guard chased the other 2 back to the car with a shambok and the other 2 nearly drove over my mate trying to save their mate so he got off this guy and the guy got off the ground and ran to the car and they drove away!

its not cool... so its not a hoakes and is happening in this country...

I know they do this in Cape Town! Wont know too which gang they are affiliated too but I heard they do these kind of things. Shocking!
