IFBB Mr SA's was created by mbov10

The IFBB Mr SA's will be held at the Christian Centre in East London from 10-12Sept.
Anyone of you going? I'm planning on attending the main show.

The super heavy weight division is going to be interesting. All the big names are back this year and with Marius doing IFBB now just makes it so much better.

I only got here today, so I missed the qualifiers. At the moment they'r going through the senior and ladies classes. Well, my cousin won the super heavyweight class last year, but he isn't competing this year. John Leslie and Marius Dohne are sitting not far from me at da moment.

Marius won, Andre second and Heindrich third. John was fourth.
Both Mario van Biljon and Justin Thacker came third respectively in their divisions.

Ed Weyer won SA's super heavy last year and Wayne the heavies.

Heinrich won the over 90 division and the Muscle Evolution Grand Prix
