I just wanted to take a sec to thank eveyone on this site for there contribution in my growth as a BB. The advice and knowledge i have gained from reading all your threads has been invaluble.
@DJ,shot for the awesome diet man and making me realise the super importance of good eating. I would recomend your work to anyone.

You know Dj, the quality of muscle i now carry exceeds my first expectations. I must be honest, it wasnt an easy thing to do (sticking to the diet) but anything worth striving for means sacrifices need to be made. Il be in touch again with my stats.
