Hey Inja - youre the biologist here - whats your take on this?
I read binary so no place for any grey area and this seems ALL grey.
Inconclusive - the whole lot is speculation?

Well they know she died from a heart attack. They also know she was taking steroids and fatburners, both of which increase your risk of heart attack, so no I don't see any grey area with regards to that.
Then all they can do is hypothesize that the steroids and fatburners caused the heart attack. This is as much as any forensicist can do and is the best conclusion they could make... It not 100% but its certainly probable.

But there are a million other things that increase the risk as well. Have you seen what voltaren can do to you?
Diuretics? other meds? What about genetics?
There is no concrete evidence is there?

Does the fact that i use steroids increase my chance of a heart attach more than when i smoked, drank(too much) and was at 30% BF?

No, nothing in science is concrete.
Fact is millions of thing cause erections, but if you have an erection while on steroids then you attribute this erection to probably being aggravated by the steroids.
So if a women dies using fatburners and steroids all of which put strain on the heart, it is logical to say that these compounds increased the likelihood that she'd suffer the heart attack.
