Tren cough VS injecting into capilary was created by jackrabbit1
Coughed my lungs out on Sunday. Asma pump and 15 mins later i started to feel ok.

I aspirated etc and made sure i wasnt onto a vein, but with .5ml to go started to cough.

It was exactly like the time i injected into a capillary except i couldn't really taste anything like before.

Which is which?

Looks like i need to move to quads/delts, cause that spot on my ass is abused  . I think it was the exact same spot as 4 days ago and could've had some bruising causing the Tren/Test to get into the vein.

What do you guys think? I dont want that experience again.

iesh, becarefull dude... don't inject into that spot for 2 weeks now if you upset it....

if you suffer from asma I wouldn't advise using tren for a start... it could really block you up and cause some hectic issues... have you tried using clen with it? does it help?

Nope - no asthma - have a pump lying around for the wife as well as the fact that i got advised to use it when accidentally hitting a vein - and it REALLY helps.

I do feel slightly out-of-breath and short of stamina training but not too hectically.

Yeah - The spot is top left, slightly towards the center line and i know for a fact the capillaries are aplenty around there on my left glute. The right is somehow different.

Problem is that it didn't bleed at all and i was wondering if that was the infamous "Tren-cough".

Happened again! This time Right glute. 1ml in.
Changed to Right quad for the remainder. After the coughig fit of course! :S

Looks like its all related to abuse. EOD injections just using glutes is not a good idea.

Shoulders yesterday(virgin shouldders!) - what a dream! No cough either.
Makes me believe there is no such thing as "Tren Cough".
Its just a bit of Tren that enters the blood stream to irritate your lungs - same as anything else would do, just a bit harder.
I mean, if there was such a thing as "Tren Cough" then surely you should be able to predict it?

I agree Tren is king.

When you go through a vein, some Tren may enter when you remove the needle, although you coughed while you were still injecting.

Right! Now there is EQ cough or SuperTest cough or a mix of both.

Just had it while injecting EQ/SuperTest into Quad.

So - had it with:
Prop alone, Prop/Tren Ace, Prop/NPP, TestSusp/WinnySusp, EQ/SuperTest

If ANY oil gets into the capilliary it will cause a mivro-embolism which travels to your lungs where it will cause irritation - hence the cough. I could actually taste the EQ!

Tren is much worse though - probably way more irritation.

BTW - That Ventolin pump is a lifesaver!

Something i found after the first experience.

Q: After injecting 4ccs of EQ the other day I had a very weird reaction. I got light headed and started coughing violently. It lasted for a couple of minutes. The whole time I was lying on the couch, nonstop hacking away. I thought I was going to die. Do you know what happened? I've used half a bottle of that stuff already. Could it have gone bad? Could I have died?

A: What you describe sounds like a relative rare complication with oil depot injections called a pulmonary oil microembolism (POME). The occurs when a large volume of injected oil is picked up by regional lymph nodes, overriding their capacity to drain into the thoracic duct.

What actually happens is some amount of oil is carried into the lungs, causing a violent reaction (a "coughing fit" like you described). The exact cause in your case is a little hard to say, but perhaps it was due to frequent use of high volumes of oil. You mention you were injection 4ccs of EQ at one time. If you have been using one of those 50mg/ml 50-100ml jugs of EQ, I might guess that you have been taking large injections for a while now; maybe just too much in one spot.

It is understood that the threshold for POME is reduced with frequent repeated injections, as the local tissue becomes more saturated with oil. Or on a similar note, perhaps the oil was accidentally injected into a blood vessel. Oil carried into circulation (as when it is injected intravenously) is another was to trigger a pulmonary oil microembolism. This is actually done for certain diagnostic tests, in which a contrast oil (maybe 6-8ml of it) is injected directly into a vein. The oil is used to aid the photography of certain lung tissues.

POME, if indeed that is what you have described, is a serious reaction to injectable medication, but rarely a life threatening one. That should really only be the case if a very large dose of oil were deliberately given. Death from even IV injected oil is not easy to produce and is caused by administrating so much that the cardiovascular system becomes clogged. In rabbits, for example, acute toxity studies have determined that the lethal dose (LD50) for intravenous infusion of sesame oil was 0.74ml/kg of bodyweight. If those numbers translated perfectly to humans, that would be over 70ml of oil injected directly into a vein to kill a 220 lbs adult male. Not saying you should take these numbers to heart (please don't try this at home), but they illustrate that "death from bad injection" is not a major risk for the bodybuilder.
