Hi
I was just wondering if its better to do weight training and then do cardio or do cardio and then weight training or should i do cardio and a totally different time to when i do weight training... Any advice will be awesome thanks

What cardio can you do at home? Other then jogging, cycling and skipping? Is there anything else?

no you wont, cardio uses up free fatty acids as an energy source if all the glycogen is used up during weight training.If you do cardio after you train, will you not waste all the weight training u just did?

Well naughty stuff counts as cardio too :silly:...but seriously the only other thing I can think of is aerobics if you're up for it, and if you have a staircase u can do steps otherwise everything else you mentioned probably covers everything
