stop doing curls for a couple of months. Try doing pull up with your palms facing you. People try do to heavy on the curls, form drops, wrists curl and the strain is placed on the forearms. Either go lighter or do the pull ups.

I prefder the pull ups cause it hits the biceps in a huge way and hits the back at the same time... ;)

and at the same time i'd suggest getting a physio or chiro to have a look at it, especially seen as it seems to be a recurrent injury. Most likely a tendonitis with related muscle strain or spasm... where about are you?

Um, but im scared of needles...

Yip anti-inflammatory's are the devil of muscle growth. They kill your protein synthesis and muscle growth very rapidly. I know cause i have to use Pulmison (cortisone oral) for my eczema and it fucks my gains up. I chucked the shit in the bin, I'd rather look like a lepper than kill all my hard work over the years cause of anti-inflammatory's.

I dont know why you were given Celebrex, that is normally prescribed for people with bad Arthritis. It is still an anti-inflamatory none the less. But not for people with muscular injuries...Toss it.Always see a chiropractor with any muscular injuries,GP's are usually none the wiser when it comes to muscular pains. An ultrasound at your chiropractor normally sorts out most muscular aches and pains, and even joint problems.
