Hey fellow beefcakes! Just out of interest how big are your wrists?mine are 7.6inches,apparentaly its a gud way to tell if You got gud genes!

I think that's bull bud,seeing as Arnold at his biggest could still have some1 wrap their fingers around his wrist

i agree with jayman all the thick wrists means is that u are a wanker

Haha dj you funny man,do u speak from experience!lol yeah i thought it was crap cause i knw arnie, louw feringgo only had 7.5 but they were still big guys

I read a book once that said its the best way to figure out your innate build or frame size....

Small
under 155mm (men)
under 135mm (women)

Medium
155-180mm (men)
135-150mm (women)

Large
over 180 mm (men)
over 150mm (women)

well mine are 203mm and i think i have kark genes....then again i am 6ft1 (not that height determines wrist girth)

I don't think it points out anything except skeletol build, how big your bones are.... Even if you small don't think it should make you think you have bad genes, just means you'll have a different shape when putting on muscle...

The guy in the book was using it to fine tune nutritional needs...

203mm is pretty big, I have quite a big build and mine are smaller then that....
