I love training with my i-pod, some hardcore metal and rock :rock and I get super amped up
I feel it gets me into the right mindset and when you're there you're workouts are just so much more intense

Train harder than the guy next to you and one day, no-one will be able to touch you

Depends on what mood I'm in...

If I'm already psyched for gym I like to listen to the weights clank, and psyche myself up before uber sets.

If I'm feeling a little drained from by day and need to dial in, or if I know someone really annoying is going to be at gym (like the perpetual learner always asking questions or the gospel gymer who's training to be Britney) then I might need some music to set the tone. Cardio can get quite dreary and that's when I usually take the ol' mp3.

Music I have on it include: System Of A Down, Buller For My Valentine, Devil Driver, Korn, and some of Rob Zombie, James Maynard, or James LaBries many multiple projects.

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

HAHA, that's waht I meant :)

Before Inja shouts at me, I in no way support gay bashing.... And I also support the freedom of choice when listening to homosexual music...

So Missiondh and Saizem, listen to your music without feeling ashamed

;)

I was just playing guys :P

Will def look out for it... can't think of a band that would motivate you more for gym.

Some good punk, taking me back to my school days does it for me... Bigwig, the early stuff from AFI, the early stuff of S.O.A.D. Some old school HIP HOP as well, early Busta, Snoop, NWA, KRS one....

Though I usualy only listen to music during cardio and then more then often end up watching sport channels on the tradmill TV.

I don't usually listen tyo Raamstein because I find them a bit toned down to my liking in most of there songs, so didn't know they had a new album... Listening to it now...

The music video for "p*ssy" was quite fun to watch
"You've got a pussy, I've got a dick, so whats the problem, let's do it quick....' Haha :haha classic

As an afterthought...

The music video for mann gegen mann is in sharp contrast as it's full of man covered in baby oil rubbing each other... One confused band they are...
