I take my BCAA before and after training. I found mixed methods of taking.
Some say on rising . Some say before during and after training.
Others a few min after meals..
????

what have you used to flavour the whey? I also just throw it back but sometimes after gym when im feeling a little nauseous after a heavy session its a real battle

When I need to flavour it post training I use any commercial flavouring powder or even some powerade or energade I have lying around. It certainly doesn't taste great but it helps on those nauseous days. Pre training I sometimes make a cold coffee shake out of it using instant coffee powder and sweetener...

I love a peanut bomb! Just freakin expensive and I don't believe the values the put on the nutrition sheet! I like making a similar super peanut bomb at home!Thats a pretty cool idea, coffee shake. I love coffee, so when i get my first bag of raw whey im def gonna try it out.
Isnt there any sort of recipe guide for making great tasting shakes? Kinda like Kauai got that Bulk Up shake.
