I always keep to that, when I ran NPP I took a bit longer off because I didn't think I'd fully recovered and kept the nolva running for a bit longer.

I'm a big believer that you should listen to your body and have the relevant bloods done to prove full recovery. In the past I started again after only a 1/3 of the time off but my body was ready and my blood were fine!

I'm currently on PCT and I can feel in my body that I will probably that a long time off now as I trained my ass off on this last cycle!

Indeed the time on time off is a way to gauge how quickly your body is recovered and ready to go if you don't have continual bloods and experience on your side.
Certainly by cutting it shorter you increase risk by placing the body under continual strain. One aspect often over looked is the time it takes for tendons and ligaments to "catch up" after a cycle. Even with HGH it still takes a while. I've had to take a step back on a cycle because I realised my joints had not fully caught up from the previous cycle.

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

Very true.

Have to say NPP is miracle shit for your joints-I was suffering with joints after a winny cycle and the NPP cured it literally overnight, and it lasted for a while after the cycle. Only started feeling any pain in elbows after about 4 months after coming off cycle, and I've struggled with tendonitis for years (before AAS).
EQ helped a bit but nothing like NPP.

It takes a minimum of 6 months for your endocrine system to recover after a 12 week cycle of 600mg of test/wk for the average man,the time-on time-off thing is a bit of a fad.And even after the 6 months your endocrine system is not what it used to be.Bloodwork is always essential if you value your overall health.

Yes,an Endocrinologist suggested 6 months post pct to me,although he's not a fan of AAS.The bottomline is,you cant get away without any long term damage if you shut down your natural test production for 3 months.Your body is designed to repair itself after taking a beating, but it can only do it so many times and for so long before it tells you to fuck off.Give your body a fair chance to recover.I know a few guys who did back-to-back cycles for up to 9 months with no pct,but they obviously lived to regret it.

16 weeker and my bloods came back ~3months after PCT as good as before. DHT was higher with the higher libido and acne that came with it but estrogen and testosterone very simillar (as much as they can be for these things). No signs of liver or kidney stress either.
