the life of a holidaymaker was created by bernie
Hi,

I've just had a very hectic week. Basically I've been backsliding. I've been smoking, drinking, not eating and not training. Been at the beach every day, dehydrating.

In one day I lost 2kg! This was after being in the sun for 6 hours with only a little water. The day after I lost another 1kg. Fuck! I'm down to 116 kg. But oh, partying into the wee hours of the night is so much fun. :woohoo:

As I'm sitting here now, I've got a massive hangover and feel like shit.

Is it normal to lose this much weight so quickly? My cousin said that its only water and should I'll regain the weight as soon as my routine gets back to normal. But I must say, I did not get a drop in strength.

It'll be water from dehydration from all the alcohol.
Alcohol increases estrogen levels, so easy with the binge drinking

Yeah think its water, the sharks when training in humidity can lose up to 1 - 2kgs than gain it back easly.

Nothing to worry about.

You need a break to go mad once in awhile.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Also agree with the guys. If strength hasnt dropped you might not have lost any muscle, so your weight should come back after a few days of eating properly and consuming plenty fluids (water not whiskey) :)

Use that as your fuel and strive not to forget.
Most of us unwind a little from time to time, but it can be addictive, particularly if you have a history. For some the regret only takes one session while for others it can take a months worth of binging. But when your sitting at your desk, your head feels like a dry sponge, your mouth is full of nasty chicken ass feathers, and your muscles feel fatigued despite not being trained, ten when you feel like absolute shit, and your absolutely sure you've let out what you needed, use that regret to fuel the coming months and help to abstain from indulging in said historic past times.

Hope you had an awsome week! I also hope you will get back on track at a comfortable but soon to come time. All the best bud.

Sorry if I offend you
