man, thats just freaking insane... thats the type of shit I need to see constantly to want to gym like a machine...

i need to join a hardcore gym again like i did in london... juice over the counter, they make you shakes as you finish your workout, hardcore pictures all over the gym and guys who are just dedicated to the bone... if I could just go back in time and not break my body like i did i'd be in such a different place right now.. blah, what if / could if / should have / didn't...

remeber they eat like machines too

Complete opposite in my gym. Everybody drops plates and throws weights in all directions like they Ronnie Coleman. Hilarious.
