I really don't believe that. I know alot of guys that have body suits and sleeves and they have been to some of the best places in the states and it still hurt.

By the nature of tattoos it must be sore, obviously depends where on the body. I have another on the inside of that same arm with my son's name and that was one of the most painful experiences of my life and I had kidney stones a couple of years ago and that wasn't even that sore.

The only reason why it was that price is because I'm a salesman and my philosophy in life that I don't pay list price for anything and because I was stupid enough to do it in one sitting.
