this weekend cheat meal for me is,
half box of choco's
5 woolies waffles,
icecream,
2 packets of toppers buscuits,
a pack of woolies chocolate brownies,
2 nando's burger with 500g oven bake chips.
as many flap jacks as i can fit in
2 liters of fanta grape
1 packet of beacon toffies.

i'd even suggest doing a refeed once a week on low carb,for the guys i have doing carb cycling diets,they do 3 days low carbs,1 day medium,3 days low and then refeed...u need to replenish those glycogen stores aswell as push those leptin levels...
