This has probably come up before but im keen to know what you guys eat for cheat meals... i know mine is ice cream and choc moose from woolworths...

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

I usually have the following: Hamburger and chips. 3 waffles with maple syrup and ice cream. 100g slab chocolate. 2 Tinkies.

The most I could fit in was all of the above plus 1 large pizza, 2 slices of toast with avo on and malva pudding with vanilla custard

i have just started my cheat meal.i have finished a packet of home made cumpets,i had that with toffeee sauce and low fat ice cream,150g of choco's cereal with fat free milk,and i have just had a handfull of toffee's..i am having a nando's burger for dinner with 500g oven bake chips and some lemon cream buscuits and then for desert i have 4 orange chocolates,a box of quality street things,a nougat bar and a bag of chocolate toffees and if i feel hungry i have a packet of ginger nut buscuits and some liquorice all sorts...

I had my cheat meal on friday night:

chops
basmati rice
bread/butter

dessert:
1/2 carrot cake
2 bowls ice-cream
1 bowl pavlova
packet chuckles from ww
packet liquorice all sorts
lindt white chocolate bunny

and to wash it down a big smoothie:
frozen toffee yoghurt
milk
chocolates
protein powder (with carbs :) )

I weighed only 0,4kg heavier on sat morning compared to Friday

i'd even suggest doing a refeed once a week on low carb,for the guys i have doing carb cycling diets,they do 3 days low carbs,1 day medium,3 days low and then refeed...u need to replenish those glycogen stores aswell as push those leptin levels...

DJ could you give a rough estimate of cals on a re-feed day, on a 500 cal/day deficit(**standard low carb). Maybe macro ratio as well if you feel like :-)

it depends bro,i start guys with hours bro,i follow a certain refeed protocol...so u have to adjust weekly into big feeds...but basically it also depends on how depleted u are...on keto diets u become extremely depleted by the end of the week but then when u do a refeed u know all about it...same with low carbs,its all dependant on how depleted u become,so i do 1 day refeed,3days low carbs,1 day moderate carbs,2days low carb and sometimes 1 day no carb day and then the refeed... but there is a method to working your way into your refeeds...u cant just jump into 1500g of carbs in a meal... u need to start small and then work your way up,hence the reason i work with hours...i have borrowed this idea from another nutritional guru and it seems to be paying off...
