i will post up pics tomorrow,but so far in 30mins, i have done 6 flapjacks with plenty toffee sauce with fat free strawberry ice cream,200g ginger nut biscuits,125g Maynard yogurt chews,1 packet of orange chocolate coated biscuits.... i am busy making my home made burgers with oven bake chips and for desert i am going to have a lemon jelly made with condensed milk and peppermint crisp and evaporated milk and then i have a packet of lemon creams,quality street chocolate sticks,2 bars of orange chocolate a bar of nougat and 6 hard chocolate easter eggs and packet of hot cross buns to get through... i weighed in this morning at 96kgs at 11% bf.

it is but if u look at how many grams of carbs i am having its still only 10-15% of my intake...

yes,lean mince,add in herbs and spices,compact into little patties,put in an oven at 160 for 25mins,u will see alot of the fat left in the roasting pan,put it on a griddle so the patties dont sit in the fat...
