You really need to go sort that problem out, there is no way your body can function on 2-3hrs sleep and then u gym on top of that. How long has this been a problem and when did it start?

since childhood beesting , well not as bad as it is now. as said i dont like sleeping tablets, they have given me short courses but they just make me fall asleep quicker but i still wake during the night usually every hour on the hour, most tabs that get given to me cause restless legs and hands and actually prevent me from falling asleep.

to be honest know, docs usually put it down to stress , give a few tabs then i dont bother because i suppose just have learnt to accept it, i started drinking ages ago, because that would work, that quickly developed into a problem, hence i dont touch alcohol anymore

its been recomeneded i see a sleep clinic, then as i am about to commit it gets suggested i dont ..........

all the time, but i will admit its been slightly more frequent during the night while on gear ? i dont take any regular tabs though, i used to have a problem falling asleep, but now its reverse, i dont have too much problem falling asleep but staying asleep thats the problem.

luckily i am still growing but like snok said probably not anywhere near the potential of what i could be

@gearedup, well i think you should tell the doctors that u aren't going to settle for medication until you have been diagnosed with something, yes stress will interfere with sleeping patterns but can u honestly tell me that stress has been the number one factor affecting your sleep to such an extent since you were younger. I think that this is something really serious that you should sort out immediately if possible, and dont let the doctors tell you otherwise, I've come across a lot of doctors that talk a lot of shit and will prescribe anything they can to make cash and make you feel like they have helped you when infact they haven't

Seriously guys, you concerned about Kessar and potential cancer, but hell, think you have bigger things to worry about looking at this.

I would got to the sleep clinic and have a look what they say .... this is for both of you.

Stop with the meds bud, not good hey

Sleep clinic, you need to see someone who's specialised, if you go to a regular doc you will just be sent to someone else

Insomnia is one of my best friends. Since I started taking Gabatropin 4 months ago every night half an hour before going to bed I started feeling tired and then fell asleep. About two weeks ago it looks like I built up immunity against the stuff and stopped taking it. Will cycle it now and see what happens. The max I sleep at night is 6 hours.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Pump - I am not eligible for this and I am not sure what your age is, but give it a try. You got nothing to lose and it's free:
Does it takes you longer than 30 minutes to fall asleep because you have an active mind or feel overly alert at bedtimes?

If so you may be eligible to take part in a master’s research study on insomnia at the University of Johannesburg where consultations and treatment will be free of charge.

Please contact me for further details on the study

**Due to the unpredictable nature of female hormones and their influence on sleep only men between the ages of 18 and 40 will be accepted into the study**

Computer security for some big corporates and for a few government sites + their entire PBX infrastructure. the only time you hear from a client is when there is a problem... work 7 days a week and what feels like 24 hours a day, blackberry never stops, and if big sites (24 hour sites) go down I must work during the night. My misses HATES it and my phone, sometimes I take her out for dinner and must use one of my smart phones to Ssh into a server to do something or rush to car to get laptop out boot with 3g :P

Blame this to a broken government as the skill level in this country is shocking and I can’t find well qualified staff. All the highly skilled computer guys I know are either doing other stuff or left the country

So you need a computer geek in other words.

Would have offered my help, but I'm a Cisco boy only and would probably have to clone myself as well.
