A vertical jump gets associated with explosive power and core strength.BJ penn posted this 3ft vertical jump out of pool first on youtube and alot of other sports personalities followed.You guys ever tried it? :)

Pierre Spies can launch his body 1.4m onto a raised platform. How's that for a vertical jump. OK so he does not do it in a pool. Still pretty impressive.
