Greetings all.
I have a questions for those in the know,
I sometimes have a nap about 1h to 1h30 about 2h after my post-workout meal / supplementation.
I know that this is wrong, due to the fact that I consume a large amount of carbohydrates with my post-workout meal / supplementation, but I can't help it.
I train really hard, pushing myself to my max. I am totally exhausted after a good workout (especially legs), and then still have to go to work later the day.
Any sugestions?
