Intro - Huggy Bear was created by huggy78
Hi all

I have been a member for awhile but been on the quiet side. Life takes its tolls on us and we are not always around to get on to the net etc.

Been training now 1 and a half years. When i started I weighed in at 143kgs and was extremely overweight. Started training hard and dropped down to 98kgs in 1 year. I am currently gaining weight and sitting at 110kgs with around 19% bf.

I eat 8 meals a day and keep my intake of nutrients to roughly 300g protein. I am basically at 70% protein, 20% carbs and 10 percent fat intake.

I train 5 days a week with roughly below:

Mon - Chest Biceps
Tue - Abs Lower back cardio
Wed - back Triceps
Thu - legs
Sat - Shoulders Abs cardio

Any suggestions would be really good. :-) Im a good listener.

I also supplement with Whey Protein, Creatine Mono, L-Glutamine, Ripped hardcore, AminoLiq, and Gaba Tabs.

The gains are coming on pretty well :-)

Well nice to meet all you guys and look forward to all the advise and info that you guys have to share, or want to share.

Huggy

your carbs and fats are to low and your protein is to high, u gotta know that if your carbs are to low and your body needs carbs it will convert protein into glucose through glucogenisis

but for every 10g of protein is converted its the same as taking in 5g of carbs so u loose 50% of the carbs that are converted... so sometimes dropping your protein and upping your carbs and fats will benefit u alot more.

Thought as much. These Biokinetics peeps know nothing about gaining muscle. Also I find on weekends I tend to drop my protein and up my carbs to ensure that I dont mess things up.

Would you suggest upping the carbs and fats. I know how to calculate my requirements etc. What sort of ratio would you suggest P/C/F?

Still thinking about a cycle but want all my diet and things 100% on par and working well before I go for it.

Im game. How do we work it out? Do I need to email you somewhere. Im always willing to pay for sound advise which results in gains.

I have 1 dude I work with who is competing nationally as well as another dude im mates with but he is overseas at the moment and we no longer really see the guy except on FB and email. He dont really have the time to explain these things but he gave me a good start.

Lets talk.

What would be the fastest way to accomplish that. Besides diet.
