I also started doing lite weights after a couple of weeks off. Its actually so lite that i feel embarassed when doing them. So far so good but just very weak. Will be patient and slowly build up to do desent weights again mid august so i can start my yummy cycle mid october. At this stage the only time i dont feel my shoulder is when im in deep sleep. So long way to go

I edited my post - It was the elbow pain.
Shoulders are great for a change! :laugh: (Increased my back plenty - the biggest reason for shoulder problems)
