Okay this is getting out of hand. I had my left eye twitching for over 5 weeks now. it is really but really starting to pis me off. Even now when i finished my pre workout that was loaded with caffeine that is one major cause. Another cause i read up on is stress. But i dont feel stressed up or nothing.

But my left eye twitches on some point so bad when i look left that i loose focus. I know it sounds ridiculous. But my eyes where check 10 weeks ago and i have 20/20 vision. I am not straining my eyes as i am not permanently infront of a computer. Does any one maybe know if it is a shortage in mineral content in the body or something?

What are you taking?
Maybe try stopping each supp one at a time and see if it is one in particular.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

Funny thing is my left eye has been twitching for about a week or so - cant seem to figure it out. Been doing pct but started using jack3d so maybe could be that. Like Netro suggests maybe take out one supp at time. Maybe its the water!!

If you dont know...ask

maybe it is the water haha. Well Netro at the moment only my whey shake Gold standard from ON, The rest is my multi vit, Dolomite, Prostate Pill, EFA's and My athro guard. And i am on KETO so no creatines or caffeines. So cant see that this could twitch my eye.

You don't maybe have astigmatism in the left eye by any chance? Go to the optometrist, they do a free test, the one where they push air into the eye and you look at some picture, it will pick it up
