I am COMPLETELY new to this. I have done some reading on the matter and would like to start biulding muscle and bulk but I have no idea where to start and what the correct prosedeurs are or where to get what i need. Could somone please give me some advice?

I am wanting to get into a good shape.

If you want steroids you should ask around at your gym. Usually the big dude wanting to bench a lot. lol. Post up your stats, age, weight, training experience etc

How can you ask for advice, if you dont put your stats up??? So the advice can be given for your current situation... everyone will require different things bud....

Ok I know this is going to sound stupid but so be it. When you say I must pust up my stats what exactly does that mean? And where do I add it?

Sorry if I am being a pain but I really am completely in the dark about everything.

Diet: I currently do not follow a particular diet.

Goals: I would like to gain more muscle and well to put it plain, have a good toned body. And I would like to get that shape as quick as I can but want to keep maintaining that after reaching my perfect fitness and muscle state.

No prob bud.

Okay first thing your DIET IS KEY. Rather get a custom diet by dj at the contact us button and mail him for a custom diet. He charges but he does adjustments and most guys here get their results fast.

Second is your training. Go and look at the downloads section for Max-Ot training.

Then train natural for atleast a year or two taking just supplement leave roids totally alone. YOU WILL HURT YOUR BODY no jokes. If you get the foundations concrete and stable then we can move to the heavy stuff. Rather stay safe.
