So who's joining me on getting their asses back into gym now that soccer is (allmost) no more?

I hear you dirkgreeff - I was in pretty much same boat with too much work, too little sleep, eating whatever I found whenever. Still went to gym feeling like a boiled broccoli and achieved absolutely zit zero!
Got a reality check this weekend when one of my friends pointed out that I look like sh$t and work with weights I used to warm up with.
Decided to get my arse into gear, get some decent food prepared and revamp the gym program. 3 Days down the line and I feel awesome.
Point I was trying to make it is so damn easy making an excuse not to go!
So who's joining me on getting their asses back into gym now that soccer is (allmost) no more?
