Hello all, so all you Vrystaaters, anyone here from Harrismith? Im gonna be in town for 3 days for work so looking for somewhere to train while im there... Staying at Shady Pines (sounds like an asylum :blink: ) and the web says theres a gym across the road... Just started my cycle and frontloading so dont wanna miss on the training...

Um, but im scared of needles...

If you were in Bethlehem I would have helped you train.

Haha, apparently a fossilised tree... and thats about it. Thank goodness my girlfriend is coming with me, else i'd prob die of boredom...

LOL @ Shady Pines - isn't that the place where the old girl in the Golden Girls used to live?
