Hi guys

Would just like to say its my absolute pleasure to join this site. I've been hanging around the forum as a guest for a while and i thought I would take the plunge and become a member of this board. I've learnt alot about nutrition, exercise and general well-being, my occasionally reading posts on this forum, and hope to learn so much more now that I have become a fully-fledged member.
