Greetings,

I been training for over a year now, been on cycles, making tremendious progress, more than most ;-) I know about eating, dieing and all the rest.... Still dreaming about where I will hopefully be in another two to three years of training...

My girlfriend would like to join the gym, already had her taken by one of my 1 hour 20 min cardio sessions.. She was on a low-effort level though ;-)

She has no prior experience and is 65Kg at 180cm with probably over 25% body fat easily... She is also very dis-motivated and would really like to get in shape but has absolutely no motivation or proof that she can actually get there. She has sort of come to accept the way she looks.. I would really like to help her...

I spoke to her and she is willing to try it, even had a taste of my one ECA HEAT tab.. Just to see if she handle the buzz...

I want to introduce her to this life style and get her involved with sports and healthy living... Give her my out look..

The objective for her is to get results very quick so she can be motivated to continue and get out there... She wants to see this work...

So I am thinking of sticking her on HEAT (2tabs a day) and getting her into a really tense cardio routine.. Should I include weight training for starts?

Maybe I should just get her really fit before going over to weight training as well? Please advice ;-) I need to work out some form of training, diet etc... Her major concern is loosing weight on the stomach, legs, bum area...

Any advice!

Let her do a circuit as cardio and then progress to weights if she is looking for muscle. If she is just looking to loose fat and tone, then stick to the circuit for now.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.
