oki i dont know to much about the banned substance thats in jack3d and all those pre workout drinks, but i am a scholar and play rugby for one the better schools in the country and i know alot of guys use those sort of pre workout drinks. i mean surely they cant be selling things over the counter if its banned, then we take the heat for it, just doesnt make to much sense to me.
