Are you talking about Egg protein powders?

Is there any specific reason you want egg protein? (Lactose, fat?)
I would rather go for Whey protein.

no no i am looking for catering grade dehydrated egg whites...add water and u have egg whites...they usually use them in cooking for making meringues...but can only find meringue mix which has sugar in it...

There is a company that entered the market not so long ago.
They sell egg white. The guys name is Marc in Gauteng and you can get him at 072600 1240 and Western Cape - Gavin 0832602682.
There is also a email address for futher info - EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED.
It is being sold in 1kg containers.
Price if I can recall correct is about R280
