My bulking diet goes something like this
meal 1
250-300 grams whole wheat pronutro with 3 scoops whey
meal 2
200g brown rice
2 chicken breasts
veg
meal 3
about 4 samis low gi bread with tuna or chicken
meal 4
pre workout shake 30g wholewheat flour 100g pronutro 2 scoops whey
post shake same
dinner whatever is going
last meal
whey and oats
not to clean at the moment but starting to clean it up now,also a shit load of peanut butter lol
