Hey guys,

just an update, I am on the last 2 days of PCT (Clomid for 3 weeks).

I have dropped another 5 kg's (currently 103 kg's) and leaned out even more! I have been carrying on with GH (Nordi) @ 2iu per day and some HEAT. My diet has NOT been as clean as the first 3 months, I am training MAX OT every morning and NO cardio whatsoever. So my diet has been 6 clean meals a day and at night I have been eating whatever I want.

This GH is amazing stuff...been on for 4 months now and will carry on until mid December.

I have kept ALL my strength, and havent lost a signle bit of it.

I will take some pics this weekend again...

Schweet.

Hey Saizen, 1 vial 10iu lasts 5 days? i thought it goes downhill after 48 hours? You're starting to give me hope here!

Ya, Nordi is the shit...but its very expensive trying to do more than 2iu per day. The pens last about 2 weeks @ 2iu per day. Either keep it in the fridge, or you can keep it at room temperature for about 20 days.

I reckon a great alternative is Nomatropin @ 4iu per day and will work out slightly cheaper than the Nordi. The Nomatropin is really good stuff...havent tried Keifei yet.
But Nomatropin will last 5 days in the fridge once mixed...

That is a excellent idea. To get some-one elses opinion sometimes help a lot. Not to tell you that you look kak, but to help you along the line on where you can approve. And I mean, lets give credit where credit is due.

Looking good brother. Have you done another cycle since this one? More pics?

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

This was from end 2008, last year was a bit of a stuff up diet and training wise, was travelling into Africa way too much, hence went up to 114 kg's...

Been on a solid diet (DJ Keto diet) am today at 107 kg's, BF% is around 12-14% and using Kefei @ 5iu per day. That's it...

Crazy thing was, I went to San Lameer for 2 weeks beginning April, gained 7 kg's in 2 weeks and dropped 6 kgs water (last week) between Sunday to Sunday...so stopped all cardio for now (was doing 40 min cardio every day) until my fat loss starts slowing down and then slowly building up the cardio from there.

Wanna drop to 100 kg's or even 98 kg's, am planning on VAR (80-100 mg per day) for 8 weeks with Equipoise for 14 weeks or more and carry on with GH.

I really dont wanna gain any more size, just lean out sub 10% BF%.

I started Keifei almost 2 months ago...very very happy with results so far, purely because my diet has been great.
