Cyclidox

I don't know if anyone will be able to help me with this..

But i've been taking 100mg cyclidox everyday to counteract any acne from my coarse and now im just wondering could this be hampering my gains?
i read up about it but it doesn't really make sense to me..

Any help would be appreciated..
