Hey guys

War are about to launch a new pre workout product.It will be called GRANADE lol not sure of the spelling.I t should be out in the next 2 weeks ill get the specs and post them.

It sounds like WAR is quite a good supplement to use. I got hold of the rep for SSN & MuscleTech. If you would compare the 3 supplements, what one will be the best. Must say that SSN is a bit expensive.

ummm bud u must've been outta the game for quite some time,the SSN stuff is relatively cheap in the market.WAR whey protein is the same price as the SSN whey and its really good stuff...muscle tech is a brilliant brand if you can afford the price tag to go along with it...it is rather hefty on the pocket to be honest!!

Must agree with djeasye there ,ssn and war are still reasonable i can only imagine what the price of the imported goods are going to be with the rand dropping like it is
war sups are going to be having some fantastic specials over december.Look in the new muscle evelution when it comes out

I bought a natural Whey from Ogre last week... I am quite happy with it... mixing it with my left over SSN cookies and cream

But once that's finished I'm happy to say I am sticking with WAR

gent war has a new multi vitamin 300 coming out now 100% rda with a zma mix should be good R89.00 for 90 caps @ 1 a day thats 30 rand a month
