chest is a bastard im trying the whole starting with dumbell flies then doing purely incline stuff! will keep everyone updated!

It's actually quite funny because most guy that's have big arms have small chests!
I don't know if you've noticed that?
Ii think I got quite a solid chest but sucky biceps... so it works both ways.lol!
Or maybe me chest is SO big it makes my arms look small... I'm Sticking with my second option.hahahaha!

BTW hammer flys with a drop set works like a dream. I tried them after our meeting. Chest pump of note!

just got home from training chest in 35mins.... fuck me! i listened to DJ about doing flies first to exhaust tthe muscle then do my other exercises! im focussing on incline as per ogre, and yea i did incline flies 4sets then incline dumbell press 4 sets then incline smith machine bench press 5sets! fuck it worked so well i cud feel my chest dying and even now its shudderring never have i felt this before in my chest

yea i got arms but fuck all chest its annoying!! haha i think i can say my huge arms make my chest look small but i wud be lying to myself, my big arms just make my chest look even smaller than it is anyways lol!

Im gonna try that same work out tommorrow cause i need to build the top of my chest as well, just wanted to ask how many reps you do per set for each exercise?

wel i went for 6-10 reps, first set 10 reps 2nd set 8 reps then 3 set 8 reps then last set 6 reps but in smith machine incline bench press i did 5 sets so the last 2 sets were 6 reps just pushing as heavy as i cud!
