why is good,banana cocunut mixed very well,find the cherry one doesnt mix that great(till a bit lumpy as it doesnt all dissolve) the grenade does give u a kick pre work out....

Do you have a breakdown of the Multivit composition as well as price etc?

The protein's very nice, mixes easily and tastes good. and i like the grenade as well!

whey good - flavours are very nice
grenade very nice - excellent pre workout
dont know were to buy the vit yet - so no idea
