I'm a newbie in this world of muscle..

Can anyone in Cape Town suggest a shop to go and buy supplements where the sales person can actually give you nutritional information on supplements..

I buy my stuff at Disa Chem in Canal Walk and I never know if i'm getting told crap if I asc for suggested products to build solid long lasting muscle.

Im slightly over Ideal weight but have a good build to work with currently been using USN Products IE: Diet Fuel / Pure Protein / Weight Protein
**which of these are best for transferring fat into muscle.

Have USN 17Testox Metho Pro Testosterene Amplifier. Cost R289 for 120 caps @ 4 aday
I also have USN CreatineX4 Ethys Ester Also a months supply. I dont think it is neccesary to use both at same time..

Alot of the guys on this forum diss USN saying it is worse than sand..If so suggest other products and say why it is better or worse. thanks to anyone replying

Doingitlegal, i've been where you are heading. Used ALL of the USN building/diet range all at once - TestoX/PhedraCut/Gactic/CreatineX4/Alpha NO/Glutamine/ Whey/Pure Prot etc, et $%$%#%#@ c!
This for almost a year - trying to stay legal you know, and listening to the dickhead dischem guy. Spent a FORTUNE.
Started looking fo other options and went on the Animal range. Pak/Stak2/MStak with Universal Shock Therapy etc.
HUGE difference.

Thats before i took the illegal route. I'm not going back. Its all a load of crap.

Doingitlegal, You should not have mentioned that you use USN. Big mistake. Read the threads under supplements and you will understand.:laugh:

Look at companies like: SSN, SPS, SuppsSA and overseas companies.
I personally do not prefer one company over the other, but shop by ingredient.
Simple carbs after training = Vitargo or ON's GlycoMaize
Protein - Raw Whey Concentrate

coz usn use the cheapest kak they can find and put it in abotlle and sell it to u and they make huge profit!!
also what says on there lables is not in the botlle!!
and in sa there is no one testing, and if there is then usn is bribing them!!

just go for the cheapest,will probably give u the same results champ...

1) Whey protein
2) Creatine
3) Caffeine based weight loss supplements
4) HMB (in untrained individuals)

See, i did that, and i got a guy telling me about Karachi stock, apparently, made in India, it works but only takes longer for the effects to kick in. I dont trust that, I would rather go for the good stuff!
