Hey guys,

Any idea where i can get one? tired of shredding my fingers. Can use a towel and the sorts, but like the amp opener.

I'm not sure where in SA, but I've seen them on some research sites in the US.

Ja have also only seen them in the states. tried explaining to the phamacist at Dischem that i was battling with my "B12"

ampules only to realise B12 is in the bottle :laugh:

Try to get hold of a medical rep, anyone will do. Most of them have amp openers they give to doctors to advertise their products. It's a freebee so they dont normally mind sharing....

(And you do get B12 in a amp....)

Use a bic pen or towel, and make sure the dot is on the correct side.

Use the sharp edge of your girlfriend's nail file on the one side of the ampule's neck. Twist the neck in the opposite direction as which the mark was made on - and it should break off clear...
