Ok, so this substance is freeze dried and very "delicate". What happens if all the freeze dried material doesn't dissolve immediately or within 5 or so minutes? Obviously you can't shake the vial. Just leave it standing and be patient?

You let it sit for a couple of minutes. They never dissolve immediately and shaking the vial will destroy every single molecule.

Quick question, why is it so delicate? And why would shaking "destroy every single molecule"?

It's delicate because it's a long chain of protein and nature never intended for IGF to be sold in a glass vial. The kinetic energy from shaking the reconstituted vial will cause the protein to be ripped to pieces.

You can give it a 'gentle' swirl, but I do mean gentle, also trickle the water down the side of the vial as not to have a 'force' hitting the IGF, as that will damage it.

Thanx for the replies guys.

@Pump....yup I followed that principle of trickling down the side. Also did a very delicate 180 degree "tilt". Found a stubborn little spot in the middle of the vial that didn't want to dissolve after 10mins. But got it sorted. Pinned quads @ around 12pm yest. Felt a longer lasting pump in the quads but not sure if that's mind over matter or the IGF.

Been struggling with a migraine from around 1am this morning and only getting better now. Had to call in sick for work. So behind on all meals etc. Not sure if its related to the IGF as I have had two very bad nights sleep before pinning and that is probably the major contributing factor. Not sure if I should attempt to train later or just wait for tomorrow?

Applying 3 weeks on 3 weeks off principle and using 2 x vials a week. Which will come to about 18 weeks total on 2 boxes. Split dosages evenly into each targeted muscle. So far just done quads. Planning to cycle sites. Very new to this so all is trial and error.

No offense but how do you trial and error on Igf, it's a very expensive substance and a protocol is needed for maximum effect. 200mcg is also a bit of a waste imo, How high is your protein intake, carbs and what are you cycling with it? Reason I'm asking is that igf is a tricky fussy substance to use correctly, just a shake to hard or loud sound could render it inactive a very expensive substance to trial and error with.

Maybe this is dumb but why is it so dangerous? I was considering it for Biceps? Is that also a big no no? I am very intrigued by this product but the more I read about it the more it confuses me...

No man!

IGF is not dangerous, but injecting anything into your forearms are dangerous.

And if you get an infection in your forearms you will probably loose allot of the functions in your hand... that is if they don't amputate.

Ok so I read through previous IGF-1 post and it says inject every day after training lagging parts, so does this mean that if you train lagging parts twice a week you will only inject twice a week?

Yeah, I would say that 200mcg is the absolute minimum and 300mcg per week is the max. From experience and feedback and also speaking to doc there seems to be little benefit from going over 300mcg per week.
