I would pin directly after training and then have your pwo meal 20 min later-should give enough time for the gh to be pulsed.
I've used GHRP6 and CJC1295 w/o dac at 300mcg each per day and would put that around 5iu's of gh per day in effectiveness.
Never used GHRP6 alone though
