GHRP's = the signal and CJC1293/95= open the gate?

Came across this video with what seemed to be a reasonable explanation.

Sounds like according to this strongman / coach (and a few things I have read) running a GHRP (GHRP6/GHRP2/Imparelin/Hexarelin) won't do much on it's own. Is that correct?

It seems like you MUST run a GHRH (CJC1293/CJC1295) with it to "open the door" for the GHRP signal. Is this correct?

I have found other conflicting information so I wanted to try and clear it up. Any help and advice is appreciated.

Thanks,
Toshiro

This video is interesting but as that guy said it only a rough idea. These peptides are relatively new so try and do a bit more research.
I know that you should rather use Ipamorelin which is similar to GHRP-6 just safer and use it with GHRP-2 which is a Hexapeptide and CJC-1295 it works well. And when you plan your cycle you need to decide on CJC-1295 DAC or without DAC, the DAC one just has a longer half-life.

Just like other HGH’s I would rather use the peptides with AAS and not rely on the peptides only for muscle growth but I don’t know what your plan is.

Yes I agree with you. And I have been doing lots of reading on peptides since they are new and from what I can tell:

GHRP's:

- GHRP6 - increases appetite so not the best if trying to cut or diet.
- GHRP2 - is about as effective but does not increase appetite.
- Imparelin - seems to be slightly less strong but does not increase appetite, prolactin, or cortisol. Also no sensitization issues. Seems like it could be used long term with out issues.
- Hexarelin - I have read this is about as close to taking full on HGH as possible. But it raises cortisol and prolactin the highest. I read you can also get desensitized to it kind of quickly as well.

GHRH's
- CJC1293 - very short half life and may not be worth it. Although that same trainer in the video mentioned in other videos that his clients use that one only with good results.
- CJC1295 - longer half life (30mins maybe?) So need to use it with every peptide shot.
- CJC1295 DAC - longest half life for 7-8 days. Everyone instantly talks about "GH bleed" since it flips the switch always "on". However I have wondered why not take one shot of this a week, then 2-3 times for a GHRP alone. (aka less pinning)

So far this is a quick summation of what I have found. It seems like you need to a GHRP and a GHRH together. But I have not confirmed this.

I was not looking into peptides for muscle gains. But rather better sleep, healing, and just overall good health. I also felt if I can squeak out any fat burning properties great! Any muscle enhancement is just unexpected icing on the cake.

PS. I just got a e-mail from Clint (dude in the video) and he said the logic of this was right. But he thinks he may have gotten some of it backwards as to which group is a signal and which on is flipping the switch on. Per him you do not HAVE to run both a GHRP and GHRH but it is optimal. I hope this helps! :)
