My personal experience with building muscle was created by johnnyBolic
I started lifting at around 16yr's of age.I was 6-2 178Lb's tall and skinny.I trained my first year natural and gained approximately 20Lb's@ 17 i started taking testosterone and gainin 2 yr's another 30lb's.I competed in the jr's at 218 cut and placed 3rd.My experience showed me that i had potential, but it also showed me that there where other bodybuilder's with greater abilitie's and those where the one's that came in 1st,place.What i am saying too people in this game is evaluate yourself realistically and don't depend on a stronger AAS program to make you better.Remember the people that are the current champion's are there because of a multiple of reason's,and not just drug's.This is just a view from an old guy.God bless Good health john

The way I see it, there are so many factors to consider when Bodybuilding. Each and every factor can be done at Optimum level or not, and that is where I think you separate 1st, 3rd and 5th!
Optimal training, optimal nutrition, optimal Rest etc. If you lack in any of these your BB is not optimal! Each of these items can be broken down into another 15-20 items of which each item must ALSO be optimum!
Just nutrition alone - macro breakdown to suit your goal/body, calories to suit your goal and body, timing of meals, meal types and certain times. Now break each of those items down further and so on!!!

It almost seems like the more time & money you have, the more you can tweak things to be Optimum.

My partner and family say I am obsessed and addicted. WTF??

Shut up and Squat!!
