Hey Koe, quick question. You mention 3 days a week EOD, so I assume you change your workouts so that you are training the lagging body part on the same days you intend on pinning, in order to inject that muscle post training?
E.g. lagging muscles = calves-Tue, biceps-Thu, lats-Sat, injecting each muscle post training?
