:huh: IGF...good or bad when combined with nomatrophin gh...

alot of guys said stay away from igf its dangerous, but everythings dangerous if you dont know what your doing..

where can i read or get advice to use it the correct way...

Make sure you get the Igf Lr3 long acting and make sure the dose per vial is no morebthan 100mcg per vial only 2 solid brands I know is Turbovital and LP, anymore per vial will become ineffective. Cycle 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off at minimum not for daily use preferably 3 days a week eod, dose 50mcg minimum into lagging body parts. Inject immediately post workout into muscle you just worked, when reconstituting ensure that you don't get the liquid onto the powder but drizzle it down the glass, don't drop vial or shake but swirl after mixing, gently. This stuff is very sensitive and youncould wind up just injecting water. Ensure adequate quick release proteins after your shot and carbs. Then have a nice whole meal, zero fats around 3 hours post injection.

damn Koe thanks so much your a machine, were you happy with it...how many mcg ,
example monday wednesday friday...4 weeks on 4 weeks off...

I loved it, results came quicker than GH. 50-100mcg eod.

Hey Koe, quick question. You mention 3 days a week EOD, so I assume you change your workouts so that you are training the lagging body part on the same days you intend on pinning, in order to inject that muscle post training?
E.g. lagging muscles = calves-Tue, biceps-Thu, lats-Sat, injecting each muscle post training?

Monday Legs so I inject Quads, Wed Calves and Friday Calves
