Hello there

First off all here is my stats.

Age 22
Hight 1.85m
Body fat 7.8% (calculated 2 weeks ago)
Weight 85kgs (187 pounds)

Kay my question is what should my protein carb fat intake be per day. I have searched the web but only found confusion. One wed site shows this the other that. 1g per pound 0.8 per kg etc.

My conclusion:

Protein 1.5g per pound of body weight
Carbs 2.5g per pound of body weight
Fat 0.5g per pound of body weight

So as per above this tells me i need P-280g p/d (1120 cals)
C-468g p/d (1872 cals)
F-93g p/d (837 cals)

Total cals p/d 3829

According to the calculator on site I need something like 3900cals p/d.
I don't want to pick up fat.
My next cycle is as follow:
Dbol 40mg per day week 1-4
Supertest 320mg 640mg per day week 1-10
Deca 350mg per week 1-10
and then some sustanon 250mg 500mg per week for 2 weeks after last deca.
PCT wil then follow and also n got proviron can i add it in 100 caps
My main concern is my bf i will let it go to about 10% but that's it.My goal weight is 95kgs with little bf.
During diet time when is a good time to go and re-calculate my body fat 2weeks 3-4?
If this is in order I will work my diet out and post it up for more help.

Any input is appreciated.
Thank you fellow gym rats!!!

Ever done a cycle?

I suggest you get your protein ratio fixed, 2g per pound of bodyweight.

So 85 x 2.2 x 2

Then multiply that with 4. This is your calories from protein.

Then start at a lowish-medium carb amount daily and work yourself up to higher carbs over a period of 2-3 weeks, this will increase metabolism. Say 150-200g of carbs to start with for you, obviously you have to assess bloating etc.

Now say your doing 370g protein per day, 200g carbs per day and you still dont know about them fats??

Well, take your 3900cals - (370x4) - (200gx4) = *amount of fat calories needed daily. Divide this by 9 = Amount of daily fats needed in gram.

Hope you got that, play around and find a macro combo that works for you - Its amazing all the things you can learn about your body.

Oh and on another note protein can be lowered to 1.5g per pound of bodyweight....Just sayin

Hope you got that bro :) Till next time......

Lets go!

Great advice Gorilla, +1 :)

XS, if you haven't done a cycle yet please stay away from Nandrolones (eg: Deca) for a while, you don't need it to grow for now. You might not even need AAS to grow as tweaking your diet could be all you need to grow and that will save you money and your HPTA axis.
