Beginner cycle

After some bad advice from a pt, I did some home work on how to start a cycle to gain mass.
Can you guy's tell me if this is ok for a beginner cycle or not. I also know that its not a
big stack, but had some bad side effect's from the last stack that was given to me(see topic for cycle problems)

This is what I want to start on-

Week 1 - 12 Testosterone-Cypionate 400mg/week
Week 1 - 10 Deca-Duraboline 200mg/week
Week 1 - 6 Dianabol 30mg every day

PCT start 3days after last inj.

Week 1 350IU/day
Week 2 350IU/day for first 3days of week + 40mg Nolvadex/day
week 3 40mg Nolvadex/day
Week 4 - 5 20mg Nolvadex/day

Bump the cyp up to 500mg a week and then your pct starts 36 days after last pin take the dbols at 40mg a day for 4 weeks and i would leave the decca out and rather use something like var or winny during the bridge. I say only once you have experience with a proper cycle then add the decca to the next cycle rather.]


EDIT also your PCT needs to be as follows:
Day 1 to 7 of PCT use 100mg clomid a day
day 8 to day 22 use 500iu HCG every second day
day 8 to 38 20mg nolva per day.

With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything!

Rather save your money and not run the deca untill future cycles.. you will get decent results just on test alone bro

i hope these where typo's, ...if not then my opinion is to leave the gear until you have read through some articles and done your research... that way you can make a logical cycle, using reason and knowledge... read and then read some more,

Yes the deca is only once a week, and the pct was correct, this is a novice cycle that has been posted on steriods.com as one of the beginner cycles

The Deca at 200mg/day is crazy, but 200mg/week is useless. Either double that dose (if you up the Test to 500mg) or leave it all together.
Regarding your PCT. You CANNOT start it 3 days after. The Test will be in your system throughout your PCT, you need to wait like 36 days.
Take the advice from PoisonedPulse, don't just Copy/Paste a cycle from any site, read a little more and understand the cycle you intend on doing. You need to know WHY you do the things you do.

Up the Test
Drop the Deca
Plan a bridge
PCT

Hi guys im new to riods , ive started 2 weeks ago currently im using clenbutaral 2 days on 2 days of anapolon hlf in the morning and in the afternoon , injecting nomaviron and bold 300 mondays and fridays my diet consists of oats in the norning with protein , proteinshake at 11 , chicken/steak and salad at 1 shake at 3 chicken/ fish and veg at 6 protein at 8 , im doin my gym srssions in themorning and every monday , wnsday , friday 40km cycling but dont seem to make progress or is it to early , im 42 yrs old , 1,98m weighed 129kg but got it down to 113 without anything now trying to build some muscle any advice/tips pleasr

You should rather start a new thread. In the new thread, break it down a bit:
Clen - 2 days on, 2 days off
Anapolon - dosage p.d?
Nomaviron300 - Mon+Fri (dosage? - assuming 1ml)
Bold300 - Mon+Fri (dosage? - assuming 1ml)

Stats:
Age - 42
Weight - 129kg
Height - 1.98m
BF% - ?? (this is important, you really shouldn't be on steroids if this is high!)

Diet: (Your diet is up to shit, get a complete revamp!!)
Meal 1 - oats + protein (shake?? or eggs)
11am - protein shake ,
1pm - chicken/steak and salad
3pm shake
6pm chicken/ fish and veg
8pm protein

Training:
Weight training - Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (not sure what days you train.....)
Cardio - Mon, Wed, Fri (40km cycling) (Good luck building muscle bud, this is WAY too much!!!!!)

1. Your steroid cycle is overboard for a beginner
2. Your diet is your main problem
3. The cycling is killing your gains
4. Even if above was correct, it is too early to see real results. You might experience some extra strength, but not visual results in any way.

Shut up and Squat!!

Yes my nomaviron and bold 1cc mon and thursdays , diet is like you sugested , weight training monday thues thurs and friday , should i loose the cycling completly or just less and what kind of cardio should i do , anapolans im taking hlf in the morning ang hlf afternoon
