Cycle looks solid. What are you gonna bridge with? How is your diet looking bruski? It would be a shame if all those angel tears are wasted because of a poor diet.
HGH I would suggest at 6-8ius per day.

Just remember that when you're done with PCT you won't be able to train with the same intensity as you have been on cycle. It takes a while to recover after a long cycle like this. If you try to you will overtrain which will cause muscle loss even if you're on HGH. You can't make up for low testosterone levels with HGH. Start the HGH asap if you've almost finished your cycle. It will take a while to notice the effects.
Start at 3IUs a day and slowly build up from there or you will most likely get some nasty side effects like joint pains, sore wrists. 5IU pharma grade is enough. If you are using AAS with it thats a different story. You will inevitably lose some muscle without high test levels anyway so be realistic about your expectation considering how much $ you are about to spend.

2) It all comes down to the money and how long you can afford to run it. I'd say if you start when you do your last test shot you'll start noticing the GH's effects pretty nicely when you're finishing PCT. Give it about 2 months, and then you'll start seeing more significant results as time goes on.
3) No. That's a misconception. You need a massive combo of HGH, insulin and most likely IGF1 as well before you need to worry about that.
4) Syntropin is one of the many Chinese HGH imports and is generally decent but I'm not up to date with current reports on it.
5) How old are you? The older you are the more dramatic results will be. If you can afford to then aim for 5/6 months because you will continue to see improvements as long as you are on it.
IGF1 is another option to run between cycles as well to help maintain gains.
