Is IGF 1 lr3 tha answer was created by Rhino
Hey gents

Well I've been battling for years with my rear delts my left side doesn't seem to want to grow like my right side.
I only use db and have tried everything from not training my right hand side to training my left hand side twice a week.
Both sides are the same strength. I've been to chiro's the works and what seems to have happened is that years ago I tore my rotator cuff it's since healed but obviously miss shappen in the process.
Look it's not that noticeable but I think it's starting to hold the develpment of the tricep now, I'm not going for an op if the case is that a small piece of the muscle may have come off the bone back when I did injur it because this is purely vanity as ill never compete and I have no pain or weakness.

Now for my question do you think that IGF injections only on delts day and only into the rear delt on that side may help?
I'm just thinking about giving it a go with my next cycle.

it will definitely help, but if it isnt growing by AAS i doubt you gna see that much of a difference, start off your shoulder day with rear delts, i got mine by putting bench on incline, lying face towards bench, and doing rear delt flyes with dummbels, keeping elbows out, really blew my rear delts up, also train them on back day... Look up shoulder flossing aswell, will help bring your shoulders back to bring out rear delts more aswell

like this but bend elbows more, and use much heavier weight lol

definitely look up shoulder flossing, brought my shoulders back ALOT and stopped the crackling and shit i was hearing

I know you wanted advice on igf-1, but since its so expensive i dont know why you wouldnt be willing to try something new first :)

Thanks Bro but I've tried and still do all of that.
Look it does grow but it's misshapen and not rounded like the other side and like I said its not weak or painfull It went about 10 years ago boxing and with not being big into weight training at the time it took a couple of years until I picked up that it was a bit different.
Price isn't an issue but will IGF help, I don't no..?
It's like I need a good table spoon of muscle in a hole:)
