So - i know there has been many posts as per HGH schedule shots however i have searched and could not find an answer to my problem... Let me explain...

I complete training at 7:30pm.

Ideally i should inject hgh immediately after? correct? Well i cannot since home is a distance.

So i also know immediate protein/carb/vitargo is needed but this counters hgh?

So currently this is what i do.

- complete training 7:30pm.

- post workout / vitargo or ON serious mass 7:45pm.

- hgh 2.5iu shot 8:45

- supper 9:30

good? or bad?

should i rather not do any post workout and wait till i do the hgh?

See my dilemma?

fyi - 2.5iu in morn - an hour later i have oats and whey.

why not inject it pre work out? i have seen some videos of guys saying they inject the full dosage pre work out 30mins before with their bcaa's and 0 calorie pre work out drinks and then 1/2 way into their work outs start with their carb based drinks.

I gym straight after work - hgh is at home.

Also i need my pre workout energy drink to function lol.

So what other alternatives are there? Is my current schedule flawed?

to be honest, i think that if u are taking 2.5iu 2x a day between meals i think that there really dont think u are really going to see much difference between times of the day etc, splitting it up through out the day is best, there is also no issue with u putting you gh in a little container with some ice in it to keep it cold through out the day and take it with you in your cooler bag with you to work. i am not saying that you need to drop the pre work out drink, just use a calorie free one, that way u wont have an issue, just time your carbs a little later into the work out when cortisol starts to rise.

DJ I have stumbled across a video of a very good doctor and excellent trainer talking about using GH pre workout so they function 100% during training! and having carbs with GH is good not bad. Give me a min I'll find a link.
If anyone doesn't agree, don't hate on me, hate on the video.
