HGH site injections for injuries was created by ninjajuice
I injured some tendons in my knee recently and was told to do site injections around the knee to speed up the recovery process. Can this information be substantiated?

I always thought the best place to inject HGH is Sub-q around the belly.

I'd like my knee to heal quicker so if site injections will help I'm all for it but I dont think it will work.

Any advice or opinions.

There is no conclusive proof that this definitely works but many sports doctors still advocate hgh site injections for joints/tendons. But the injections have to be done in exactly the right spot due to the very poor blood flow to tendons. Docs will often do an ultrasound or something like that to determine exactly where to inject because a few mm away means the HGH will go systemic with very little going directly to the injury. This limited blood flow is also why tendons generally take so long to recover.

But however you inject your HGH it will still make a massive difference to recovery time as it obviously increases MGF and IGF1 dramatically.
